After 20-years of working at Bank-Owned brokerage firms, Jen is thrilled to be joining Ty and his team as the Director of Client Service and Operations. Jen is responsible for the supervision of staff, high-level problem solving, and day-to-day management of firm operations.

Background & Experience

Jen has over 20 years of experience in the investment industry. Her career started from the ground up, starting as a part-time receptionist at Smith Barney. Over her 10 years there, she obtained several FINRA licenses and ended her tenure there as an Operations Manager. She then moved onto Merrill Lynch for another 10 years where she was the lead support for a large team specializing in restricted stock lending. Her extensive and diverse experience includes client support, compliance, and management.

Away from the Office

Jen, her husband Paul, and their son Nathan reside in Oceanside, California. They cherish their 3 dogs, are amateur chefs in their free time, and are actively involved as volunteers for the Armed Services YMCA, Camp Pendleton.
